Here we have a remake from 1980, to look forward to. In the original Prom Night, the lead actors where Leslie Nielsen and Jamie Lee Curtis. Jamie, most known from the running away from Michael Myers, in the Halloween horror series. In this remake, the blonde actress Brittany Snow, plays the lead.
Prom Night will go up on the silver screen on April 11, in the US.
The plot is about Donna’s senior prom. Her prom night is planned to be the big night for her, filled with love, beauty and magic. However, not surprisingly, her prom night turns from glistering glamor to brutal murder and she realizes that the horrors from her past, finally caught up with her.
Donna and her best friends must now, quickly, find a way to flee from a obsessed killer with a sadistic touch, to survive their big night.
Prom Night is directed by Nelson McCormick, that has mainly directed big hit TV-series episodes, such as ER, House M.D, Prison Break, The West Wing, to name a few, in the past.
